Commission Process
1.1. The Client may request a commission by contacting the Artist through Discord or Twitter. The request should include a detailed description of the commission (subject matter, references, pose, an and any other relevant information.
1.2. The Artist will provide a quote for the commission. (Cost and approximate timeframe).
1.3 The Client must pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost before work on the commission starts, and then the remaining balance before the final product is delivered. No refunds given unless the cancellation is made by the artist.
1.4 The Artist will provide the Client with updates on the progress of the commission. Once complete, the final product will be sent for approval. The Client may request minor revisions, but major revisions or additional changes will require an additional fee.Intellectual Property Rights
2.1. The Artist retains all intellectual property rights to the commission, including the right to display the commission on their portfolio, website, and social media. The Client may not reproduce, distribute, or sell the commission without the Artist's written consent. Removing the watermark is strictly forbidden.
